dsh-zh: DSH Web Interface Localization and Official Compatibility Check

dsh-zh is a display layer localization plugin for the DSH Web interface, designed to replace residual English UI text with Chinese while strictly preserving data such as command names, permission presets, reasoning level IDs, session content, and code blocks. The plugin only replaces generic short words on menu-related surfaces to avoid unintended modifications to the body text. Core features also include silently detecting whether the official version has already adapted to Chinese; if detected, a one-time prompt is displayed to prevent text duplication. Data storage utilizes only two fixed keys in localStorage. Users can add the plugin via an installation command and restart the harness; enabling the "Interface Localization (Chinese)" switch under "Settings -> General Settings" will activate the plugin, while disabling it immediately restores the original text. This plugin is intended for scenarios where interface localization is desired without altering underlying functional logic, and it is recommended to check the source code and license prior to installation.
